      Rick and Kathy were amazing. Due to issues with the seller and appraiser, I was nervous we wouldn't be able to settle on time. These guys were on top of the process every step of the way. Complete transparency. Consummate professionals. I can't imagine there being a better mortgage company to work with. It came down to the wire. We needed to reschedule settlement for later in the day due to appraiser issues but they got it done.

      Rick and Kathy were absolutely terrific in helping me find the best financing for my home purchase! They are extremely knowledgable, resourceful and pretty funny too, I might add. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat (and I do all the time!)
