  Can't thank John enough for managing our home loan,. he was SO on-top of everything, even my realtor was super impressed. I'd give six stars if it were possible.

  John and his team were great. Although I was not ready to purchase, they let me know how to prepare myself. They took the time to explain credit to me and the step by step process. Rosa , Johns assistant, was great with getting back to me on any questions i had for John. I look forward to buying my dream home with them in the next 6 months. :)

  This company is the worst!!!!!!!, they make all these promises and can't even reply you when you ask them questions. Dealing with the Yurkovich Team, The whole damn team is the worst!!!. From the head of this company, Waiting on a damn denial letter for almost a month got a damn text from the manager of this branch in Woodbridge John, advising they requested it a week ago, now it's been 3 weeks going to 4 and not one emailed answered. Called his boss, another one who just ignores. Seems like these whole company love to ignore customers when they can't make a deal or when they see they can't do anything i highly do not recommend anyone to even bother dealing with this company. i had 3 friends willing to work with this company, but after going through all their unprofessional way of working. I am glad i got the chance to stop them from working with them and going to a different company. They all don't know what they are doing.

  Pedro we worked extremely hard to help your family get a home. Tool months on end tying to guide you to fix your credit issues for FREE. You got your car repossessed in the middle of getting your home loan. I’ve helped 100s of people with credit in the 500s purchase homes however some of these loans are brokered due to the risk. As you were aware Family First didn’t underwrite your loan and I requested the denial letter multiple times even tho I was away for the holiday. I still cannot believe you wrote this review after all the time I spent trying to help you...
