      As always securing a loan can be tough, and getting our loanwas not any different it needed a lot of grit. I'm happy to have worked with Yehoshua (Josh) Dubinsky as he made sure that NO was not an option. From the onset Yehoshua (Josh) Dubinsky presented the possibility of the loan as a certainty and he kept our morale in line with that reality, I don't think that we would've had the determination to get to the end of the process if not for Yehoshua's determination. We have a lot to learn from Yehoshua and his perseverance.

      I was told the whole time I had a 5% rate. When it was go time, it turns out it was a 5% rate with the purchase of two points. Never was told that. . When I informed them I had chosen a different lender due to getting a better deal, a guy named ALEX called my cell and cursed me out. Screamed at me. This employee should be fired immediately. I will make sure no one ever uses family first funding

      Aristotle has been phenomenal during my house hunting process! Today’s market is tough and he is well aware that you have to move quick otherwise you can lose your chance on a great deal and sure enough Aristotle got my loan done right on time to secure the home I been eyeing. I was very worried I would lose out on this home and I will admit I was a little anxious which caused me to be a little extra pushy but Aristotle was very understanding. I told him I am very impatient (I’m working on that defect lol) and I couldn’t find a realtor who was willing to tolerate me and he introduced me to Andrew who has the patience of a saint! Thanks to these guys I was able to get a new home with a nice yard that my pups love! I can’t say thank you enough for all the help getting me through the most stressful event of my life!
