  Bad reputation company. I would rather not give one star. David the owner was introduced by my broker to help home loan. Confirmed with me 4s on Feb 9. Then followed David and broke guide . I signed contract. Hire attorney. Paid bank service fee. Paid deposit paid inspection fee. But after waiting for 60 days before 11 days to closing day on April 8. David told me you were not approved. He has a bank offer 5.875. Recommend I can accept high rate. I refused and Asked for denial letter on April 8. Before 2 days to losing days he offered denial form without any supervisor signature on April 17. I didn’t get official denial letter so far On May 3. Seller refused to refund my 45000 deposit. Because they said I did business loan not home loan from denial form. And also loan amount is higher then contract. Also need two week notice in advance.I have no idea. I absolutely didn’t know that. And David never give me explanation. Finally after negotiating with seller. I paid them $4000 compensation and got my rest deposit back. I totally lost $6000 but i didn’t do anything wrong. Because lender motto mortgage company didn’t handle it very well. They should let me know earlier . Give me enough time and help customer lower my lose. Very very bad company. They don’t want to afford any responsibility for customers. No apologies. Be careful to choose motto mortgage enterprise. They just want you pay more higher rate. Don’t care about your home loan or your lose I trusted him but I was wrong . I have a right to get my denial letter. But still not yet. Rubbish company!!! I called bank asked for denial letter. They told me have to contact broker. I send many email to ask Danial letter. The owner David didn’t answer me . This company doesn’t have any professional virtue. Rubbish company. Rubbish owner!!! Nightmare!!!
