  This Mortgage company is out of this world. Kunle and Kaylene the best team I ever worked with. Mortgage processor Kaylene was very deliverable, endorse so much support on my difficult time on this process. Their communication was impressive, any question, concern was answered within hours. They were always available, through text, through phone. This was the most smooth process despite facing some minor accidents. My lender officer Kunle was always deliverable, professional, effective and efficient. As a single mom closing on a single family house, this would of not happened without the work/support of this amazing team. I have no words, I wish I can give them everything they deserved. I recommend this mortgage company to anyone who is having problem getting pre-approved. Kaylene is the best helping with underwriting to get your mortgage loan approved. I hope to use them again in the future and recommend them to all of my friends and family.

  David Williams and the Family First Funding Team are amazing. David and his team are always available to their Clients (Sellers, Buyers, Realtors) alike. They are highly communicative, on top of the Transaction, and make everything smooth and easy! These are all the most important aspects when obtaining financing for and closing on a home purchase. They make sure you know where you are at in the process every step of the way, educate you throughout, and keep you constantly updated. When your lender is always available via phone, text, or email, you always know you can get in touch for questions or to know exactly where things stand. These aspects cannot be overstated enough, as it is more of a rarity in our business. Being a Realtor, from the first connection with David/Family First to the end of the Transaction and beyond, I know they will always be there. What a true pleasure to do business with! ; )

  We reached out to family first funding August of 2021. They were very kind and acted fast but unfortunately assisted us in the wrong kind of loan. We paid for an appraiser who appraised our property and told us we needed a construction loan, yet family first funding had us apply for a 203k loan. This caused a huge pause on our loan process and we had to be transferred to a different branch. ALSO building supplies have now gone up drastically. Fast forward to June 2022 and we are still in the process of applying for a loan. It is like pulling teeth for a follow up. A new appraiser was suppose to reach out last week and now today is Thursday, of the following week, and we haven’t heard from anyone. My husband has a lot more patience then I do , because I have had enough . I feel like we are too far in to pull out now, but all I want is a follow up and some kind of progress!!! Again everyone has been kind it’s just been a very very confusing and slow process. I am willing to change my review if we can get some answers. **** follow up: an appraiser reached out and wants a credit card payment over the phone even though we already paid for an appraisal and it was family first funding’s mistake on what kind of appraisal/loan was needed. ALSO this appraisal company reached out 3 weeks ago and we were told by family first funding that it was a scam and that they would let us know when the appraiser was reaching out. Fast forward to today when we find out from the loan company that this was the legit company. Im ready to pull my hair out of my head as there is so much confusion in this whole Process.
