Matt did a great job walking me through the FHA 203k process for the first time. The process moved forward at a quicker than expected pace despite all the paperwork/nuances involved with this type of loan. Unlike some other lenders he also has an eye on the market, so when rates became volatile, he was able to recommend locking rates during a slight dip (just before they spiked higher a week later). Will definitely use him again and look forward to working with him more.
