      Love the FT Credit Union, the biggest reason I Love, WE Love FT (york) is because of Valerie Smith. I have NEVER, EVER worked with an Agent who is so thorough, willing to help, Fast, tries to save you money at every corner & gives you the Best options. She helped me, then helped me & my daughter whose in the Army, out of State, & now, me with my Son who is 19. Both my children are building good credit, all with the fantastic help of Valerie. She is VERY quick to respond & has the memory of an elephant (I heard they have good memories, lol) The tellars are also great, very friendly.

      Went in to check on opening an account and the teller was nice, however the lady I talked with acted as if I was intruding and she could care less, I felt like I was bothering her. I will find a bank with people that at least act like they care and enjoy their job.
