      We were prevented from opening a specific saving interest account because Mom didn't "qualify " for it. We were very disappointed- looking elsewhere to invest in high interest rates.

      I mobile deposited checks into my account & someone stole them and fraudulently deposited them. Leading to them removing the money from my account. They were supposed to help me open an investigation to help me and they told me i was sol. They refused to help me even when i had proof i wasn’t responsible for it. Very rude to me as well. Harassing me to pay the debt i didn’t cause. To this day I can’t open a bank account because they’re too lazy to get off their butts and help me figure it out! The person got off scott free & they couldn’t care less because it’s my credit that gets affected. 10/10 do not recommend.
