  I have fallen behind on my loan. I get the frustration from the company. However! I called today and tried to give them my card information and asked if they could just run my card on Thursday when I get paid. I told the rep put the 85 I owe or pay 200. But I was told they would take me to court and have Bexar County offices come after me. I was just dumbfounded on how casually she said it. I asked if I was being threatened?? She replied no of course not it’s just the process. I told her I have been in contact with them. I am not hiding and plan to make a payment. That don’t matter to this office. Can someone email me from the google account and inform me the legal process for this company’s procedure. I mean I feel unsafe going into the office now to make any payment. How can I feel safe making payments with this compa Without being harassed or threatened? Would Ksat 12 defenders look into this? Idk at this point.

  Horrible horrible customer Service.Very disrespectful and harassment over falling a little behind they give you no time or respect for your business with them.I will be reporting this place to the Consumer Financial Bureau

  My payment is not due until tomorrow but they send someone to your job like you are late. It was very embarrassing to answer for a payment, at work, that is not even due yet. Be careful with this place.
