Well they took a while to pay the claim but it got done. So I think they did a good job. I'm not with them but I got paid for there customer took a while but we got it done I'm happy with him. Thank You and God Bless Us-all...

Switched companies and made my termination date future effective 1 month in advance. When I spoke to Farm Bureau they said money-wise everything was good and that as a matter of fact I was paid ahead and would be seeing a refund. I got my refund and then 2 months later I get a notice from a collection agency that I didn't pay my Farm Bureau bill. Very confused I call them and ask what is going on. Farm Bureau says that I still owe them money! No phone call, no e-mail, no auto withdrawl from my checking account to square us up. No notifications of any kind! They just turned it over to collections. I felt this was highly unethical. After discussing this with several colleagues and peers I have heard horror stories about Farm Bureau refusing to cover losses over technicalities and I am over it. When I called to get an explanation on the bill the explanation was not very clear and they didn't seem to know what was going on. I paid the bill anyway to protect my credit score. I won't ever be back. Stay away!
