      I am so fed up with this place. I have been trying to refinance my car for months now and David has been a complete joke. He never answers phone calls or returns voicemails. The paperwork I signed was not the payment amount I paid. I have tried and tried calling to see what’s going on and no message has been responded to. I definitely will not be doing business here again.

      My first loan was with David Silva and he was the worst!!! He dragged out my loan process all day until he left for vacation at 2pm.. It took him over an hour to respond to any message. Asked to speak to him through the phone and he said he wasn't available through the phone only email.. Then would call randomly. Never once told me my percentage rate or any info for that matter. Found the time to inform me that he was leaving at 2pm tho.. 1:45pm he wrote saying he could not finish the loan in time and he would transfer me to another loan officer and failed to give me a name or number. I finally called a different branch and spoke with a different loan officer and she had me taken care of in LESS than an hour!! David Silva is a joke.
