  THIS IS AN EDIT OF A LONG STANDING 5 STAR FAVORABLE REVIEW THAT I POSTED A WHILE BACK . The story I'm about to tell you, I have heard from several people several times, I am not the only one nor am I the 1st one, and I doubt I'll be the last one, but here goes.. I have banked here at the farmer's bank of Willard's for over 30 years and have always been satisfied... say for the last couple years. Since the bank went online with their online banking, my account has been accessed several times, being issued new cards several times, the servers are always down, you can never get the information online or through the app when you need it because you get a warning that the servers are down or even warning you that you have no Internet access, yes that's right blaming you for not having Internet access while using a cell phone with unlimited data, your card is being declined, or the information is incorrect, or the website just won't open. Your cards are constantly being denied even though thousands of dollars are sitting in that account. When I call the bank they forward it to the computer Room who does absolutely nothing except for tell you to try it again which as you all know is terribly embarrassing to have your card declined when you know you have the money in there. And when it happens 6 times in 2 days. The 1st 2 times this store was trying to issue credit to my account my pin number was entered only 2 times correctly I was decline both times after that it was only sign for purchase AM was still declined, and they do nothing about it except for tell you to try it again. This is a problem. I am still with the bank of Willard's but I'm searching for another bank to move all of my accounts to just for this one reason... the computer Room experts, so to speak. Always tell me it's my fault however I have receipts that show that I entered the pin number in correctly and it was still denied EVEN FOR A RETURN CREDIT..and later the same day, the point of sales were sign for purchase and they were denied but yet they computer Room says it's your fault because you put the pin number in wrong. I explained to them I did not put it in wrong, they told me well you must have it wrote down wrong. I explained to them I did not write it down they wrote it down it is the same pin number they issued me in the mail when they issued the card (see photo). Also other than being blamed for that I was also blamed for entering the pin number incorrectly too many times which also did not happen. As I entered at once, I handed the bank printed pin number to my wife, who then entered the pin for an account credit and eward again declined...FOR A CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT... but still it was my fault according to the computer Room. The next day I go to Home Depot and the card won't even process, assistant manager tells me that happens when the banks computer system is not available. And still the bank does nothing about it. I asked to be issued a new card and was denied. Was told to go try it again today ....I said no way. It is an embarrassing task to be waiting in line at a store and have your card constantly denied... Fortunately for us we have credit cards to back us up, however not everyone has that luxury. STAY AWAY FROM Farmers Bank Of Willards UNTIL COMPUTER ROOM STAFF IS REPLACED WITH ADEQUATE PEOPLE THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING INSTEAD OF ALWAYS BLAMING THE CUSTOMER JUST TO SAVE THEIR OWN JOBS.
