Berlin branch employees are rude and unpleasant, lady teller screams that she is closed when the light say open( green), instead of answering my good morning, after finding out that light was green she said ok I will take you with face like a wooden spoon, much better staff at Salisbury Bb&t

The "Manager Heather" is cold and refused to look into my account to cover a small check deposit posted next day.plently of money in savings but made no difference! Never had a problem before with this branch but she is a negative addition! Going into OC now for deposits!
