      I asked for change for a $5 bill and the lady at the counter seemed to have no problem doing it, until rudely behind her another lady asked if I had an account, I said no but I explained the laundromat coin machine was not working and that's why I needed it she still refused. I suggest you need to refocus your services not just on your accounts but also Rio residents!
