      I have been a Farmers customer for almost 30 years. Went to the Lisbon office to deposit some graduation checks for my daughter and they would not let me do it. On top of that they were very rude about it. Told me I would have to endorse them too. Which I had no problem with. So I said ok I'll endorse them and then deposit them. The teller then walked back, I'm assuming to ask someone. Came back and told me no they won't deposit them because my daughter should have her own account. Which why would she, she just graduated and didn't work through high school. I then said why, and the teller, very rudely said, because she's of age and should have her own account. Let's just say I left there very angry to the point that I was ready to pull my account from Farmers all together and make sure my daughter didn't open one there when she does open an account. I then went to a different branch and they deposited them without question. So needless to say I will never go to the Lisbon branch ever again.

      I have banked w farmer's bank for over 12 years now...I have never been treated so rudely at any location except the Lisbon Ohio branch- and this is every time I've been here. I overall love banking w Farmers bank however I just had to address this writing a google review, which I dont do often! If you wanted to be treated like a human being go the extra 5 miles to goto columbiana! The women there ALL need re trained on how to be professionals and tteat people. This place is sadley the worst bank ive ever been to in my life.
