      They're great mechanics but always super busy and backed up. Expect them to have your vehicle for at least a week. And that's the norm. They don't like talking to customers about vehicle issues. I guess cause they're so busy and the receptionist never knows anything about what's what do don't bother to call and and inquire about your vehicle status.
