I went to the drive-thru because I needed to make a quick deposit. I sent the little container in to ask for a deposit slip. No one would help me. I waited in line for 20 minutes with zero recognition. So i pull away and drove to the window teller where I waited another 10 minutes. There were seven cars that came behind me that went through before me. Are they for real?? I don't have anything else to do then to beg them to hold my money! There are other banks in town that are much more professional, courteous, and customer friendly! Don't walk... run as fast as possible away from this Bank!! Unless you like rude ppl

My father passed away. We got a check from our home insurance that was made out to my father and my husband. I called to try and find out how to cash it. I was transferred to a lady who was rude and unprofessional. I asked if I could come show her my fathers death certificate and she says in the most apathetic and annoying southern draw "You're not gonna be able to do nothing with that check!" Good riddance eastern Kentucky. Where customer service does not exist.
