      If you are a business owner with less than two years in business, you need to talk with Scott Middleton! As a young entrepreneur, I have found out firsthand how many mortgage lending companies say "NO" when you are looking for a home. The general consensus I have discovered is 2 year MINIMUM with 3 years ideal. Well, Scott was recommended to me by a local realtor in the Magnolia area where my wife and I have been looking for our forever home. Scott took 30 minutes of his time at 8 PM at night to discuss with me options that could let us apply for a mortgage.
