I’d strongly suggest using FBC Mortgage! After going through several lenders to refinance my home & one that I almost even closed with and even lost my appraisal money since the deal fell through, I felt like I hit the Jackpot when I found FBC & they told me they could help me. Mike Welcom was my lender and I’m so grateful to him. When I say I went through several lenders, I went through 3 others before finding Mike at FBC. I can’t express how grateful I am to him after the frustration of dealing with so many other lenders that never had my best interest. Give them a try! I’m so happy I did!!!

Although extremely helpful in the begging of our home purchase, later found that although our closing date was moved they failed to update there paperwork and after being told I had no payment due via phone for June in the month of May was then notified on 06/30 I still had to make my 1st mortgage payment. This caused a financial burden that was unexpected as I took the loan officer at her word that no payment was due until July 1st. Very disappointed in there lack of professionalism and lack of keeping the verbal word. Would not recommend to anyone else.
