They bought my loan from another company. Changed login url without notifying customers. Made me jump through hoops giving personal information I often don't like to give. End result - you have the wrong login URL. They could have started the conversation with "Hey customer, we screwed up and changed your login URL. Before we spend the next five minutes asking you for you social and home address, can you try this web address so we can save you time and get you off this chat?" I'm currently not a fan of the wasted time this morning. I hope they sink and my load is bought by someone else.
