      Why has this one and only branch still not opened since the COVID SHUTDOWN in March 2020! On multiple occasions I needed access to my money and couldn't get it....I AM SO THROUGH WITH THEM! I have now transferred most of my money to another financial institution. As soon as I'm done paying off their LOUSY credit card, I'm closing all accounts.

      I've had an account with this credit union since 1984. I'm now leaving due to lack of customer service. They are extremely hard to get in contact with. Their business hours are 8:30 - 4:00. How can a working person handle business here if the bank closes before most people get off work. Every single time I call, the wait time is way too long. I've tried the automated call back 3 times and no one has returned my call. This bank is too out dated for me and I've had it.

      I really wish I had read some reviews before choosing this credit union. I chose it because there’s a branch in my work building, so I thought it would be convenient. I have never experienced worse customer service from a bank. My card number was recently compromised and, four phone calls in (including a “call back” through their system which never happened), I’m no closer to resolution. No matter when you call, they are always experiencing “high call volume” and the wait is over a half hour. We are switching banks ASAP and wish we had heeded the warning signs earlier.
