      Overall, an easy application process. As long as there's no issues. Positive experience. But if issues, good luck reaching someone to get help. Disappointing after a smoothly smooth process!

      Very inefficient Process and frustrating experience we had with this lender working for our HELOC, and instead of 4 weeks for closing that they mentioned at the beginning it took 9 weeks to close (while we had the most straightforward loan conditions.) Also we got a confirmation email of wire and closing at the end, while nothing happened for the next few days. We followed up and then they found out the money has not wired due to a form missing! Unbelievable!
