      We were having the worst experience with our prior pender Guild Mortgage. They dropped the ball, then after what seemed like months of hard work obtaining 203K documents from contractors they told my realtor that they no longer do 203K loans. So there we were with no lender and we were already emotionally and financially invested in this home! My lender received Shannon's information from our contractor Betterbuilt Homes and when I say she's a rockstar, I mean it! She picked the ball up instantly and we hit the ground running full speed ahead! She was able to get everything done and we closed by the date she initially provided! If you do 203K loans or have gone through the process you know how big of a deal this is!! The process was almost hiccup free and she kept me informed every step of the way! I would totally recommend her!
