If you want great customer service then BANK is the where you should bank. It is so refreshing to walk into (or call) a bank and have friendly, helpful, and knowledgable people helping you. The staff will go out of their way to help you - even providing a trailer to help you move! I recommend BANK to everyone!

Applied for loan pre-approval and BANK was very prompt and helpful with that process. Additionally I've had a checking and savings account at BANK for several years and they are always friendly and responsive when I need to make changes to the account or visit the BANK location in person.
