      I have a car loan through them and wish I didn't. My payment date is on the 10th of each month, and my bill arrives on the 11th, 12th or never. So I get to pay online and an additional "convenience" fee of 4.95 each time. You know, for the convenience of them not having to bother to send me a bill. What a frickin' racket. This bank sucks.

      I have emailed you requested my NSF be recuerda because your app frequently doesn't work and I was unable to transfer money. This isn't the 1st one I have eaten and no one ever responde! I will be closing my account as soon as I make sure my next direct deposit goes into my new account at a credit unión because you clearly do not value your customers!!!
