I haven't used my debit card since November and it has been in my wallet since. Rec'd a text alert the other day asking me if I made a purchase online. I replied NO then called the 800#. The rep I spoke with assured me the card was already canceled and the transaction that I did not recognize was not approved. Then I went to the branch for a new atm card. I noticed a few days later the charge was in fact approved and after I called again, they told me they had no record of me ever speaking with anyone there. Now I am stuck with a charge for something that I did not approve and there is no way for me to contact the spam company that charged me as there are no phone numbers that I can find.

I get my invoice for my car payment the day before it's due..I asked twice about this and was told people are having trouble with their mail...all of my other bills dont seem to have a problem finding me on time.
