The absolute worst customer service from any financial service company I have ever experienced. I have been a loyal customer for over two decades but they do not care about their customers anymore!! I used to be able to go into a local branch and speak to a human or call and speak directly to my advisor but I haven't been able to do that in a few years. You can only call the 800 number and after being transferred around 3 or more times and being on hold, then you might finally get to the right department but they won't provide any guidance what-so-ever. I'm not an expert on IRA's, stocks and trading and therefore rely on Fidelity for advise but they are completely useless at this point. They have been charging me high management fees, yet treating me as a do-it-yourself investor. They used to be better but have gone way down hill since I started with them 20+ years ago. There is virtually zero customer service, zero guidance or long range retirement planning assistance. After looking around, I have found way better financial service companies out there that actually give personalized service and value your business, all with lower overall fees and value added services and no additional cost. Don't settle for Fidelity's mediocre at best service - look elsewhere!

Can’t get a live human on the phone and cannot get a human at the branch. Very frustrating especially since every other bank in Douglas County is open. Time to find a new bank!
