      It wasn't a good experience. Only one side was at the closing- the other sent paperwork from out of state. The closer closed the transaction before I even got there! Because my clients got there 30 min early she went ahead & closed them without me! She then had a snarky comment to me when I got there 10-15 min early & asked why she closed without me. With other mistakes & confusion throughout the process the closing was the icing on the cake in deciding I'll not use them again.

      I was not given their address for the closing, even after I asked for the address. Much worse though, was they refused to accommodate my client with a remote closing -- during the COVID-19 pandemic. Irresponsible. Unprofessional. There are hundreds of other title companies out there. Pick a different company than this one.
