      This company did not send out the checks for 2 weeks after closing, did not respond to any of the emails from the buyer nor the lender. So if you have a timely deal, such as closing a home purchase, you should avoid this company if possible. I closed a deal on 06/10, and on 06/24 was getting emails from my lender(in behalf of my home insurance) and HOA that the checks never arrived, and that they are not hearing back from Fidelity National Title. Not a surprise, my email had been ignored for weeks as well. They didn't even issue my refund, never sent me the full statement until today, I've been calling for copies of checks but those are not being sent as well(I got one with the date of 06/24.). Now I'm running around to resolve issues myself. Did they sign the deed? who knows? I'll have to keep track of government records to find that out too, rather than trusting this title company and waiting til other problems pops up. So, if you want to make your home selling/purchasing experience a nightmare, or if you feel independent and want to figure out yourself what a title company does(and take over some of their job) try this place out. If not, and you want a smooth process, avoid this company at all cost.
