      No issues at all. Friendly staff, nice office located in the West Aurora School District 129 building on the first (ground) floor. First door on the right. Nicer, larger space than *some* of the other Title Companies I regularly deal with. While Baird & Warner Geneva seems a bit more "high-tech" than *this* Fidelity National Title branch, that doesn't take away from the luxurious feeling of the office here. One of the nicest staffs I deal with on a regular basis. Sometimes, closers can be "crack-the-whip" types. Here, I've experienced nothing but patience and great service.

      Dangerously inept. Put the wrong transaction numbers on our transaction, which caused our wire transfer to be lost, and then lied that our bank was at fault. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THWSE PEOPLE.

      Do not go with this company, inept people! Angel Barajas was no help, delayed our closing, kept lying that we hadnt submitted papers or that we submitted late! Lied to us, our attorney and realtor! While we have proof with emails, text, and calls!! DO NOT GO HERE! I've submitted my whole response and everything that happened to their survey! I can't stress enough!
