  This review is specific to the location on Irving Park and Ashland. We showed up to drop off the keys for a closing later in the day only to find the office completely empty. Note all locations show their hours of operation as 8:30 to 5pm cst. We called the north Clark street location only to learn that they werent sure when anyone would be in that location. Note the keys were needed for a closing that very same morning, 2 hours later. We asked to speak to a manager, and, of course, they weren't in the office yet either. When our agent stopped by the office later in the morning to drop off the keys, he was greeted by an extremely rude and unprofessional female employee, that claimed they didn't hold keys (note, this was 30 min before the closing was scheduled). This was after the very friendly and professional employee at the 20 N. Clark street office told us they would be happy to the hold the keys at their location. The employee at the Irving Park/Ashland location clearly has no idea what she is talking about/doing. These people are disorganized, unprofessional, and sadly unavailable. We struggle to understand why an office exists on Ashland and Irving Park if there is not a single employee that actually works there / shows up when the office claims to be open. Will not recommend in the future.
