What can you say about an institution that is always there for you financially. I've been banking with Fifth Third for years and never had one bad experience once. We were attacked by hackers and a scam and they shut it down immediately not only did they protect us but we received our money back. For anyone wanting to be treated in a professional atmosphere and get treated like a human being I would suggest this institution to anyone. God bless.

I had an account with fifth third when I was in college and they would always give me inaccurate info on my account balance and I overthrew a couple of times because of it. Instead of doing the right thing and apologizing they were nasty to me about it and charged me multiple $50 overdraft fees. I've known other college kids they did that to as well. These people are scam artists who prey on the young and vulnerable. I honestly can't believe they're in business anymore.
