  ATM needs replaced. Always out of order in some fashion. The personal banker, Rose, is soooooo slow and forgets to tell customers lots of important information. I went in to get a simple Access 360 card, but Rose failed to mention that once you open the card, you have to wait 12-24 hours before you can view it inside of your existing accounts in order to be able to add any additional funds, besides the opening funds. This created all kinds of problems for me. Nice woman, but doesn't really know the job well enough to be in that position. She also takes forever and a day to accomplish simple tasks that her position requires. In general, 5/3 Bank isn't my favorite bank. Capital One online accounts are so much better, as well as local credit unions. I wouldn't open accounts at 5/3. The only reason I'm still here is because I have my business account already established here and they're a pain to open, due to regulations.

  Normally a good branch with good people; however I just wasted an hour of my life at this location. Ive been with Fifth Third for over 20 years and routinely go to this branch. I had an APPOINTMENT with Rose to open a simple checking account for my son. We walked in a 3 minutes early and she had just set a man down in her office that was applying for a loan. We were told it would just be a couple minutes and someone would help us. We waited 40 minutes and never received help. That's not the problem. The problem was that the appointment was with Rose, we called ahead and spoke directly with her confirming our appointment because we were on a tight schedule and she still put us aside. I understand that she will make considerably more on commission opening a loan versus a checking account but that's not the way you treat people. I have no doubt she knew exactly what she was doing and was unwilling to give up the loan commission even though taking care of a loyal customer with an APPOINTMENT was the correct thing to do. My advice, if you go to this branch for anything beyond teller services is to set your appointment with Ray.
