  Lovely quiet little bank, literally one of the only places by UCF that isn't jammed with people every second of the day. Kind staff and I am always in and out quickly.

  Totally shady operation From April When I opened my checking account with his third bank until December of the same year that I closed my account my direct deposits were made on Fridays but my account was not credited until Tuesday or Wednesday the coming week. Countless times after spending about 45 minutes pushing prompts, adding account numbers and PIN numbers a phone representative would ask the phone with the ridiculous “how can I make you day a fifth third better?” Then start putting me through the gauntlet again of account number and pin number is mailing address surprise in the ask my shoe size. The outcome of the conversation it was always the same “a deposit was not made on Friday.” I finally got documentation that proved my deposit was made on Friday. When I confronted 5th 3ed they never responded. The last time I called about my deposit the phone representative had the audacity to tell me that the third bank had a great savings program that I was eligible for. Lol What I have learned about 5th 3ed Bank. According to the federal consumer financial protection bureau fifth third bank is the 17th largest bank in America with the third highest amount of complaints against it with federal regulators. I discovered that Fifth third bank has been downgraded by several Wall Street rating agencies. I also discovered that they are involved in court proceedings with the federal government for fraudulently opening saving account with their customers money. I also discovered that the independent Internet review websites that are not company sponsored rate 5th 3ed bank at the bottom.

  This branch offers the best service I have ever recieved from a bank. Sheri and Jet always greet me by name when I walk in even if it hasn't been for a while. They always make you feel special. Thank you for the great service.
