I stopped there today to reopen an account that they apparently closed and Sally immediately judged me as something not having money. She immediately played me off is not worth her time, and actually said to me that it probably isn't worth it to open an account for me. I'm glad me and my wife do not bank their regularly anymore. Because of this. I will keep my loan for my brand new trucks at Michigan State University Credit Union because they actually care about you and do not judge you as soon as you walk in the door. Actually went to LMCU and set up an account with no hassle, took 15 minutes and had new debt cards when I left the building.
