      I went here Friday, stood in line for about 15 minutes, the 1st cashier by the door only took certain people, after she took care of one person she kept peeking to see who was in line then when the other cashier called next in line then the 1st one would look over to see if it’s someone she wanted to take care of... After standing in line all that time they tell me go sit down someone will call me and after 30 MINUTES that never came... it’s a man in the 1st booth and Heavy set Woman in the next.. She was chatting it up the entire time never acknowledged me or the other man sitting with me waiting also and the first guy was taking care of someone.. This bank is so slow and they need to greet their customers and at least say someone will be with you... 45 minutes and still didn’t get waited on... I think it was my BROWN SKIN, That’s why the first cashier AVOIDED ALL PEOPLE THAT LOOK LIKE ME... MIX YOUR STAFF UP BECAUSE THIS ONE NOT RIGHT...

      I went to this bank to deposit cash money to the ATM. For some reason it wouldn't let me deposit cash. I went to the drive thru and asked, the teller. She said, she'll will make a note to have them check. Went to other Fifth-Third ATMs and had same problems. No one can explain why it wouldn't take cash as deposit at the ATM.
