  April 2021 our checking account was hacked 2x. We were reimbursed for one of those. Closed that account & opened another. This past March/ early April our checking account was hacked again. Went to branch office, gave us a copy of fake check..thought they were taking care of it. But a few days later, found out they weren't. Filed paperwork with the fraud dept..nice guy at the bank assisted with this. 30 days later, received a letter that paperwork was not filed in the allotted time period! The nice guy who assisted 30 days prior was just as shocked as I was! Spoke with fraud Dept. & no one was willing to help! We are in process of closing checking & savings accounts & going to a different bank.

  If you have no place to go and want to loiter around for more than half an hour .... go there! You will be ignored completely. Even requests to speed up won't work, even if you are abt. to leave the country and have to make arrangements! Thanks MC for NOTHING!
