      Extremely rude. Went into this location with my boyfriend because he had to ask a question about his account and the app since he is a new member to fifth third. The two ladies there were rude, disrespectful and made faces for absolutely no reason. Talked to us like we were stupid. He barely spoke and mid sentence they cut him off interrupting, so he couldn’t finish. We are both considering banking with someone else now. Way to treat a new customer.

      Slow SERVICE and rude. While I was trying to explain my trip to find another branch, the banker in charge interrupted me and said " I'm trying to give you directions". There were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE BANK. The rudeness was uncalled for
