During the COVID-19 response this branch provided great customer service. Lobby visits were limited but the 2 ladies who worked the day I was doing some personal banking provided friendly service and were able to answer my questions.

Literally charge you $37 dollars overdraft to just decline the payment anyway so you pay $37 for nothing.

Rude thieves that will overdraft your account from largest to smallest transaction intentionally so they can charge you as many overdraft fees as possible. Given this was 2005 I don't expect their ethics to have changed. Put your money in a shoe box. It is safer there then with these criminals. Re Owner: I already tried to speak with you and you told me there was nothing you could do.
