  My mentally disabled son has an account with Fifth Third. This is the closest location to us. Any time he has any issues with his account or his card, they always do their absolute best to assist him and explain things to him. The employees are always extremely patient with him. He has serious issues with his short term memory and they never get annoyed with his repetitive questions and concerns. I highly recommend this location to everyone.

  This is for the overall of the bank I keep my overdraft thing on to where it shouldn't overcharge me but they keep overcharging me at least 1-2 times a month I'm out of work due to injury an have no money on my account an it's not supposed to authorize it because I have it set not to authorize it if it is over my limit
