      Obtained cash from bank's ATM, proceeded to teller window to exchange smaller bills for larger bills. Young man took $$ and then as an afterthought he asked do you have an account here at Uwharrie? I responded no and he stated can't exchange $$ without an account with them. Will now never consider an account with Uwharrie. Amazed at lack of customer service or future customer service. Your administration needs to work on customer service standards. State credit union and 5th Third Bank are very hospitable and customer focused. Will definitely be choosing between those 2 banks for future accounts. I imagine Uwharrie will remain a small bank as growing customer base doesn't seem to be a priority.
