      I was having issues with my check being held from the "back office". I usually go to the Brunswick location and they couldn't help me out. I decided to go to Medina because I have also had such a good experience with them. I talked to the teller which was extremely friendly and she had me sit down with the banker (Nikki). She was so helpful and helped me with my troubles. She was friendly and understanding. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me. Thank you again Nikki. I'll definitely be driving out of my way to come back to this location.

      I usually only use the drive thru here but on the few occasions when I’ve gone inside the service is prompt and friendly. Also someone from the branch calls me every 3-6 months just to ask if I have any questions or concerns. A nice engaging touch without being overbearing.
