  Us bank in madina banker Rikki is very helpful and branch manager is very friendly so I recommend to all my friends, go to the bank and open account again thanks thanks rikki and Mr Jonathan.

  U.s. Bank robbed me in 2020 during the pandemic now I'm getting letters saying I'm into the negative and I owe them even more money. Worst bank in the world! Some people can't go to the bank when there's a pandemic going on

  It has been such a terrible experience with US Bank. I had this bank for over 20 years. The checking account management from this financial institution is simply terrible. I cancelled this account 1 month ago with a zero balance and I just received a call today from customer service telling me I owe $95 more dollars. I was very happy closing this account a month ago and now I still can’t shake this bank. So again, I will close my account with a special trip to the bank and pay the remainder of what they say I owe. I now have another bank and I am so happy I switched all my accounts. I guess I didn’t realize how bad the bank was until I switched. Thankfully it’s almost over.
