I did business here in 2016-2018 , i closed my accounts and safe deposit box in 2018. I received a $130 bill last week (2022) for safe deposit box , I immediately called the branch to discuss this issue and the bill after a hour on the phone I was referred to a manager which then told me that she will look into this and contact me back in a few hours. it has been almost 7 days and I still have not received a phone call back from her this is a very Unprofessional and weird experience

I tried to open an account as a tourist today. My son lives in the US . I own a house in the states. Unfortunately, I was unable to open a checking account because I travel tomorrow . That was their excuse! I wonder if I had 100000, they most likely would not have responded me the same way. Thanks Huntington Bank ! They let me open an account and treated me with respect as a customer .

Banking at this branch for over 10 years. Was not able to get a lease agreement as a cosigner notarized here because I signed the form by mistake at home. I acknowledged my error and offered to sign in front of the notary but was flatly refused unless I bring in a new form. Checked with other branches and explained my situation and they were like come on over and just re sign the form in bank. Drove to the second location and got the job done.
