  Penny forced me to come into the bank in person (she insisted the drive thru would not be acceptable) for something the teller later told me was completely unnecessary. This would usually be just an inconvenience but during the pandemic it is a life threatening mistake.

  If I could give this branch a 0 I would . I was racially profiled by a women of my own ethnicity group which is black ! I am beyond upset . I had a rather large check that I was trying to deposit in which was written to me by my personal attorneys and she questioned me why I was in that branch area when my license say I live in Another area. I asked her hat the relevance of he question , when one that’s not her business 2 the check is one of pnc checks She refused to cash my check. I am just livid I am ready to just take my business else where. To make a long story short I went over to another branch in maple heights and they was very respectful and kind . I was not under the impression that I should only go to a certain branch that is limited to my neighborhood.
