      Got locked out of online banking and 5/3rd phone account information for no reason, called to try to fix this, waited 2 hours on hold, got disconnected after calling back 2 times, called local branch said cannot help me, someone else call back i recommend NOT TO BANK WITH Fifth Third, i may close my account in the future.

      This is the absolute worst bank in the world. The customer service is beyond awful. They are hands down the most sneaky and underhanded business I've ever had to deal with. I wouldn't bank with them another day if they paid me!
