      Absolutely awful customer service!!! at the new Schaumburg location!! Cold, impersonal & unless!! The customer service & tellers at the closed Woodfield location assisted & wanted & were eager to help customers. At the Schaumburg location: you can’t make an appointment to speak to someone, you can’t make an appointment to hand in paperwork or get assistance, the branch will call you back 15-30minutes later to give you a 1-800 number to call. Seriously, I did the exact same thing with NO resolution. Covid19 or not - the website says the bank is open to help - reality, it’s no!! So disappointing.
