I would like to commend David Thomas on fulfilling the fifth third motto of going 166% to take care of his customers. David stayed at the location to take care of buisness during these trying times with the bad weather that we have had this February.

I have never had such a time disputing a transaction. Comcast took entirely too much money out of my account and supposedly couldn't do anything about it. I called 5/3 a week ago and the money STILL hasn't been put back in my account. Now, we have like no money at the moment, rent is past due, and I'm ready to go into labor. I've asked to have it expedited and was told there was no way. I WILL be closing my account after this fiasco. So much for customer service.
