  This place has always given me the best customer service! Kaitlyn up front is super helpful, Aaron has helped me reach financial goals time and time again! Logan is delightful, and Dawn has also be such a great help! They’ve all gone above and beyond for me time and time again. If I could give more stars I would!

  I had 2 money orders with almost one year since they where made... they told me to go to advance financial and money grand to ask for an exchange of them.... I was not completely sure about when money orders expires, I had in my mind they were good for 1 year... so first I went home and did a research and found out I was right about the expiration on money orders.... I went to the bank again to make the deposit of the 4 money orders for 1200 and they insist I needed to exchange them or they won't guarantee they will clear.... 2 trip to the same branch wasting my time.... so I decide to call my branch and the first thing they told me was..." did they make the phone calls to make sure the money orders are ok? Because We have phone numbers for that! " so, isn't that a lack of service in a branch where they barely have customers or what? Or are they racist against hispanics because my wife also have had problems there.... Paul Canas
