  My landlord has an account here, so this is where I come to pay my rent. I love this bank because they hardly have anyone in there. I can go in deposit my money and get on with my day! Keep up the good work Fifth Third.

  ~~~ STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!! ~~~ I previously posted the following: "Good branch, friendly staff. it was a quick in and out, polite & knowledgeable." I went back one year later on 6/10/22 to open a new checking account, I had a $375 promotional code, and the account was opened exactly 12 months after I closed my previous account. The employee told me the offer does not apply, even though it was exactly 12 months after and it would qualify. then she closed my account without asking me. After I went back a couple of weeks later to try again they told me I closed my account that day and I do not qualify. When the branch manager spoke to the employee, the employee lied about the fact she closed the account without asking me + She lied to her boss and said that I did not tell her I have a promotional offer. ~~~ STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!!! ~~~

  3/4/2021 was my first time going to this branch and it was a very pleasant experience. The location was clean and appeared to be well organized. The bank staff was very nice and it certainly didn't hurt that they were all absolutely beautiful. Quick service and a nice atmosphere.
